Last weekend was the big Luau I'd been planning for ages! As soon as I realized Sierra would be turning One and Isaac would be turning Thirty only a week apart, I knew we'd have to have a big party. I decided to make it Luau themed, so we had Leis and Hawaiian food and lots of tropical decorations, plus a bouncy castle just for fun. Luckily the weather cooperated and we had a wonderful day with family and friends.
It's hard to choose just a few photos, so there are more in this album, and even more on my computer! But, here are some of my favorites:
Posing with my beautiful little girl. It's so much fun dressing her up - crazy tutu, personalized shirt, lei, bow... I loved it!
The birthday Duo.
My mom and great aunt posing near the bar - Mai Tai's, girlie drinks, and a keg!
Dolphins in the fruit platter!
Isaac was happy to see some old friends too.
Aidan loved the bouncy castle - I think everyone did! People of all ages were in there at some point.
So cute in his Hawaiian outfit!
Sierra loved being in the castle too.
Sierra was excited t clap at the end of her song.
Cutting the cake.
I made her a doll cake to match her outfit!
Even after eating Sierra's cake, Aidan couldn't wait to try Daddy's ice cream cake!
Can't believe my honey is 30!
Sierra tried on some new shoes.
And then smiled for all the cameras.
Such a sweet little face.
Sierra and her little boyfriend Josh. Sierra loves boys!!
I'll miss my baby, but it sure is fun watching Sierra become more of a little girl every day.
Happy Birthday Isaac and Sierra! Thanks to everyone who shared the day with us - especially those that traveled far!
